Well yes! many times I get questions like:
– “Why are you training so much!?”
– “You are going to be sick! You lost too much of your weight!”
– “You should rest!”
– “Do you rest sometimes!??”
– “Are you running today too!?”
– “You should gym more…”
…… and so on.
Well, I get all these questions from people who is not training at all or training a little….. nobody running!
