A really nice evening running the relay race Staffettvarvet with these guys!
We got our #stena outfit from the company where I work (thanx) and we smashed the course!
The idea was that I should take an easier pace and run around the 4:20 pace…. me and my teammates did much better! I enjoyed this! Crazy but true! ? ?
