My next race is the 46k “Bocksten TrailRun” the 30th June near the city of Varberg in the beautiful beech woods in the Halland region here in Sweden! 🙂
This time I had the necessary time to rest and to train without stressing my body like I did earlier this year. These 3 weeks remaining before the race I will focus on a different training approach that will hopefully change the event of the race.
I am going to try this time to push a little bit more during the race without necessarily suffer any pain. I want to race well this race and the fact that the race is a tough one but still very nice, enjoyable and very runnable makes thing very interesting.
