As mentioned before, I gave myself this present. A great 42k present for my 42th birthday! 🙂
The day started really slow, it was a little bit chilly, a nice early saturday morning (6:40) – the 20th june 2015…. A new day ahead!

The scenario turned to be great after ca. 2 hrs. From a chilly, windy, cloudy and almost rainy morning to a hot, sunny and simply great day! The last 10k – the whole Bohusleden trail to KÃ¥llered was/is just spectacular! Something to run often! Really great trail!
I never pushed this run, I tried to enjoy the view, I listened to the birds and other sounds of the nature…. sometimes to the sounds of the traffic too! :/
After the run, a quick shower… my family was waiting for me. The lunch, a great cake, lovely gifts and a relaxing family picnic and drive on the northern archipelago in Göthenburg on the Hönö and other islands 🙂
